We’re proud to partner with RevoCast on the construction of a state-of-the-art aluminum remelting facility in Langley, British Columbia—a project that sets a new benchmark for sustainable industrial development in North America.

Spanning over 11,000 square meters, this advanced manufacturing facility is designed from the ground up with sustainability and efficiency at its core. Once operational, it will feature industry-leading recycling technology capable of remelting a wide range of raw aluminum materials, producing more than 80,000 tons (176.4 million pounds) of billet annually.

Built to support the growing demand for eco-conscious solutions in the extrusion market, the plant will initially produce high-quality 6xxx series billets in Ø178mm (7") and Ø203mm (8") diameters, with lengths up to 7.3 meters (288"). These billets will serve a vital role in strengthening the regional aluminum supply chain, while significantly reducing carbon emissions through high recycled content and closed-loop processing.

As general contractor, we’re managing the full construction lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through to commissioning—ensuring delivery of a high-performance facility that meets the ambitious environmental and operational goals set by RevoCast.

Construction is set to break ground in Q2 2025, with commissioning targeted for 2026.
